The publication „All voices matter!” describes the main results of the research in each school on how decision-making is happening<\/strong> and what can be done for improving the quality of democracy using the innovative method of SOCIOCRACY. The readers can find testimonies of some schools<\/strong> and a well-known organization in this field of practice (the Wondering School) that implement this method, the step-by-step for beginners<\/strong> in this method and some theoretical background<\/strong> as well as some inspiration for next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This publication is an Intellectual Output from the project \u201cDeepening Democracy! \u2013 a strategy for improving the quality of democracy in the school context<\/strong>\u201d coordinated by YUPI (Youth Union of People with Initiative)<\/strong>, Portugal in collaboration with Agrupamento de Escolas Camilo Castelo Branco<\/strong> (Portugal), Poland (EPI <\/strong>and Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace w Kielcach<\/strong>) and Romania (Asociatia Feedback PM-Brasov <\/strong>and Colegiul Na\u00adtional de Informatica Grigore Moisil<\/strong>), and funded by the Erasmus + Education and Training program<\/strong>, through the Portuguese National Agency (2020-1-PT01-KA201-078829).the link to the publication:  https:\/\/shorturl.at\/rsCFZ<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deepening Democracy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Deepening democracy! is a strategy for improving the quality of democracy in school context” is a project of 24 months duration coordinated by YUPI organization in Famalic\u00e3o, Portugal, in close partnership with other portuguese partners (Agrupamento de Escolas Camilo Castelo Branco), Poland (EPI and IV Liceum Kielcach) and Romania (Asociatia feedback PM-Brasov and Colegiul National de Informatica Grigore Moisil), for a total number of 1700 young pupils and more then 140 youth workers and teachers in the 3 European countries involved (140 teachers and youth workers and over 60 students will have the chance to engage in international learning experiences). The partners are schools and non governmental organizations already experienced in working in close cooperation for a better integrated system of education for young people, combining formal and non formal learning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Deepening democracy!”<\/strong> aims at contributing to the recognition of the importance of cooperation between non formal and formal education with focus on 2 topics: 1) method of sociocracy for a more engaged decision-making in schools; 2) Sustainable development goals for a more sustainable strategy of the school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These topics are channels on how to involve young pupils in activities supported by youth workers and teachers inside classrooms and schools, supported by exchanges, training courses and the development of 2 Intellectual Outputs to foster dissemination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Deepening Democracy” <\/strong>is co-funded by Erasmus + Education and Training by the Portuguese National Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celem projektu „Deepening democracy!” jest przyczynienie si\u0119 do uznania znaczenia wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy mi\u0119dzy systemami edukacji nieformalnej i formalnej, w celu oferowania uczniom bardziej zintegrowanej edukacji
i umo\u017cliwienie lepszej integracji m\u0142odych ludzi w spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwie.
